This leather quality stands out for its softness and thickness at the same time. It is a superior leather choice for making very comfortable moccasins. After working with it for many years, we are 100% satisfied with the quality and durability of this leather. It is especially pleasant to work with and safe to wear on bare-skin.

We offer to buy larger quantities of leather for 93 euros/square meter. (10.76 square foot).

It can be ordered by the meter square or half a skin (Usually around 2 square meters / 21 square feet or a little more). With half a skin, you could easily make 6 to 9 pairs of low moccasins.

At the moment such skins are in pre-order only and would need up to 3 weeks to process unless we have it in stock.

Shipping price can be adjusted with a partial refund after order if necessary.

Characteristics:
It is full-grain aniline leather characterized by its soft and waxy touch with a natural finish (no acrylic lining). It is dyed through and colors are very stable.

After tanning, it has not undergone any other alteration in order to preserve the authenticity and the strength of its natural grain. It is the most noble treatment that can be applied to a skin. It has a thickness of 2 - 2.2 mm / 5oz.

Furthermore, it is treated for better stain and water resistance and complies to very high standards in terms of health and environmental regulations by the European law.

Note: These skins are classified as 2nd choice from the tannery, but they usually have very little defects. It could be slight irregularities in the color, minor scratches, or little spots. For the purpose of moccasin-making, it is very easy to work around these minor imperfections.
